My husband Christopher and I (before all of our lives were slightly imposed upon) travelled widely as he brought his music and teaching to Australia, France, India, Italy, Malaysia, Portugal, Spain, Canada and the USA and many other beautiful places.
While travel has been so restricted during these past two years, the memories of all of these wonderful destinations often filled my mind with musical images. As I was contemplating the writing of this book, almost without realizing, I began to write pieces which reflected the feelings I had about places we’d travelled to, or hope to visit in a more settled time.
