Neyzen Tevfik Kolayli, widely known as Neyzen Tevfik (1879-1953) was a poet and a composer. Noted mostly for his satirical work, he is also the known composer of four works. His "Nihavend Saz Semaisi" is one the most beautiful examples of this genre in the nihavend makam.
