The nine short pieces in this book have been taken from Melanie Spanswick’s Lucky Charms for piano and adapted for the pedal harp.
These miniature works, of which none are longer than 24 bars, might be considered around elementary level, ranging from Grade 1 to approximately Grade 3 level of the various British examination board harp syllabuses and have been selected for students new to the pedal harp.
Whilst the notes and techniques involved in the pieces are fairly straightforward, harpists new to the pedal harp will be working on single and double pedalling techniques.
